A tactile miniature business operation overwhelmed by paper, queues and tangled handoffs.
The same operation with its hidden workflow made visible as a connected golden path.
The workflow redesigned as a practical automated system with people handling exceptions.
A calm service operation where routine work flows and people have space for judgment.

AI implementation for operations

Handle more work
with the team you already have.

We find where work gets stuck in your operation, redesign the workflow and deploy AI inside the systems your team already uses, so the business takes on more volume without adding headcount at the same rate.

Discover → Redesign → Deploy → Operate

01 Discover

Find the process you’re running today.

We map the real workflow, with its workarounds, spreadsheets, handoffs and exceptions, and measure its time, cost and rework before anything gets built.

02 Redesign

Redesign the whole workflow, end to end.

Most of the time goes to queues and handoffs between steps. Every step gets one label: eliminate, automate, delegate to AI or keep human.

03 Deploy

AI inside the tools your team already uses.

Agents and automation run inside your CRM, ERP, inbox and Teams, and approvals and exceptions reach the right person. Your team keeps working in the systems it knows.

04 Operate

We keep it running and measure the results.

We keep the workflow running as your business, systems and AI models change, and report the before-and-after in numbers your team already tracks.

The result

More capacity
from the team you have.

One workflow at a time, redesigned, running and measured against the baseline.

Bring us one workflow

Most operations already have capable tools. The work slows down in how it moves between them.

Your team may already have good people and capable software, but important work still depends on manual follow-up, repeated data entry, disconnected systems and knowledge living inside individual inboxes.

01
Unanswered enquiries and a quote folder waiting behind a closed gate.

Leads and quotes wait too long

Enquiries, requests and quotes sit in inboxes while the response time quietly stretches.

02
The same data cards being carried manually between disconnected systems.

Information is copied between systems

Staff re-enter the same names, dates and details across emails, spreadsheets and business systems.

03
An analyst assembling recurring reports by hand beneath a large clock.

Reporting consumes hours every week

Documentation and recurring reports are assembled manually before anyone can use them.

04
A manager balancing reminders while one important follow-up slips away.

Follow-up depends on memory

Important next steps happen only when someone remembers to check, chase or remind.

05
Three people using different methods and producing mismatched results from the same request.

The same process, done differently

Different employees complete the same work in different ways, with different results.

06
A business owner buried in routine approvals while a strategic plan sits untouched.

Owners stay in routine work

Approvals, exceptions and administrative updates keep returning to the owner and senior staff.

07
A team returning to worn manual tools while a new automation system sits unused.

New tools do not stick

Teams adopt new software temporarily, then drift back to the old way of working.

Add AI to a broken workflow and the failure happens faster.

We start with the process your team runs today, workarounds and all.

Documented processes rarely match reality. The real workflow has extra steps, loops back for missing information, workarounds and a spreadsheet that quietly runs half the department. Most of the elapsed time goes to waiting between steps.

On paper
  1. Request
  2. Review
  3. Approve
  4. Done
In reality
  1. Request
  2. Email
  3. Spreadsheet
  4. Chase for missing info
  5. Review
  6. Sent back
  7. Re-review
  8. Message on Teams
  9. Approve
  10. Re-key into ERP
  11. Done

A typical example. Speeding up each task barely moves the result; removing the loops, handoffs and waiting does.

Then every step gets one of four labels.

We start from what the workflow should be, not from what AI can do, and decide where each technology belongs.

01

Eliminate

The step shouldn’t exist. Duplicate checks, status chasing, re-keying the same data.

02

Automate

Predictable, rule-based work with no judgment needed. If this, then that.

03

Delegate to AI

Work that needs interpretation or judgment, with enough history to learn from.

04

Keep human

Approvals, payments, negotiation and anything too risky or too valuable to get wrong.

Nothing gets built before the baseline is measured: volume, cycle time, touch time, cost per transaction, rework and exceptions. Afterwards, you can see in your own numbers whether the change worked.

Each engagement takes one workflow through four stages, with one team accountable for the result.

Bring us the workflow that costs you the most time, money or capacity. Every engagement follows the same path: Discover, Redesign, Deploy, Operate. You decide after each stage whether to continue.

Workflow Diagnostic

Fixed fee · typically 2–4 weeks

We map the process as your team runs it today, with the people who run it, measure its baseline, and build the business case, including when AI isn’t the answer.

  • Real-process map, exceptions included
  • Baseline: volume, cycle time, cost, rework
  • Every step labelled: eliminate, automate, delegate or keep human
  • Business case comparing AI, hiring and simpler fixes
RedesignDeploy

Workflow Deployment

Fixed fee · typically 4–8 weeks

We rebuild the workflow and deploy AI and automation inside your existing systems, tested on real cases, with human checkpoints where they belong.

  • Redesigned workflow, live in production
  • Connected to your CRM, ERP, inbox and Teams
  • Human approvals, quality checks and controls
  • Team onboarding and before/after measurement
Operate

Managed AI Operations

Monthly

We run and improve your AI-enabled workflows as your business, systems and AI models change, and find the next workflow worth redesigning.

  • Monitoring, quality checks and exception handling
  • Updates when models, tools or processes change
  • Monthly results against the baseline
  • A roadmap of the next workflows

Not sure which workflow to start with?

Founder, Noesis AI

I've built, run, and sold a business. Now I help owners fix theirs.

I'm Sonia Sarrami.

Before Noesis, I built a distribution business from nothing to over 1,000 B2B customers and sold it. I've spent years inside large organizations leading transformation work, including modernizing systems older than most of the people using them. And somewhere in there, I picked up a PhD in Strategic Management, mostly because I wanted to understand why smart companies make bad decisions.

That mix matters, because most AI advice comes from people who've never had to live with the consequences. They demo a tool, send an invoice, and leave. I've been on the other side; the one who has to make it work, with real customers, a skeptical team, and a budget that doesn't stretch.

So when I build AI systems now, I start with how the work flows, where value leaks out, and what the smallest system is that changes the result. Then I build it, and stay until people use it every day.

This is probably not the right fit if…

  • The work rarely repeats, so there isn’t enough volume for redesign to pay off.
  • You want a list of AI tools rather than a change in how the work gets done.
  • You want to automate a process without first understanding how it runs today.
  • You expect a fully autonomous system with no human ownership.
  • You want software built before the underlying problem is clear.

It’s a strong fit if your operation is busy: repeating transactions, handoffs between people and systems, documents and email, and pressure to grow without adding headcount at the same rate. Usually that means a company of roughly 30 to 500 people, ready to change both the process and the system around it.

Which workflow is costing you the most?

A free workflow call is a focused conversation about where time, capacity and responsiveness are being lost, and whether the problem is worth solving.

If a diagnostic is the right next step, you’ll know exactly why. If it isn’t, you’ll know that too.
