This policy explains what personal information Noesis AI Inc. ("Noesis AI", "we", "us") collects through noesisai.tech, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
What we collect and why
When you book a call
Bookings are handled by Cal.com. We receive your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form. We use it to arrange and prepare for the conversation.
When you join the community waitlist
The waitlist form is provided by Kit (ConvertKit). We receive your email address and any other details you enter. We use them to tell you about the community. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
When you use one of our tools
Our free tools run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or stored.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
The Weekly Reframe is published on Substack. Your subscription is collected and managed by Substack under its own privacy policy.
When you email us
We keep the messages you send so we can reply and follow up.
When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location (country or city, derived from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), device and browser type, and interactions such as clicks on the booking link. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not use its advertising features.
Cookies and your choices
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec: analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept".
- Everywhere else: analytics is on by default. You can switch it off with "Decline" on the banner.
- You can change your choice at any time with (also in the site footer).
Cookies used: Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*). Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under noesis-consent. Embedded third-party forms (Kit, Substack) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal information, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Service providers and where data is stored
We rely on these providers, who process information on our behalf or under their own terms: Cal.com (bookings), Kit (waitlist and email), Substack (newsletter), Google (analytics) and SiteGround (website hosting). Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, booking and email records for as long as the business relationship requires, and Google Analytics data for no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted, subject to legal exceptions. These rights come from Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Quebec's Law 25 where it applies and, for visitors in the EU or UK, the GDPR. To make a request, email sonia@noesisai.tech. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
