Cases like mine: case studies for your workflow
Choose your industry and the workflow you're thinking about. You'll see the closest published case studies from our review, with what each company changed and what it reported.
Cases like mine matches your industry and workflow against 3,362 published automation and AI case studies that Noesis reviewed. It shows the five closest: first the same industry and workflow, then the same workflow in other industries, then other workflows in your industry. Each result shows the problem, what changed, what people do now, the reported result and the organization that published it.
How the matches are chosen
Each case study in the dataset is tagged with an industry and one of 18 workflow families. The tool looks first for cases that share both with you. When there are fewer than five, it fills the list with the same workflow in other industries, because a dispatch problem at a retailer often looks a lot like one at a distributor, and then with other workflows in your industry. Each result says which kind of match it is.
Within each group, cases that report a concrete result come first. Ticking Show Canadian cases first moves cases from Canadian organizations to the top.
What each result shows
For every case you see the customer and what they automated, the industry and location, the problem they started with, what changed in the workflow, what people do after the change, and the result as the publisher reported it. Each case names the organization that published it and carries its case ID, with a link to the publisher's own page where one is available.
Where the case studies come from
The cases are customer stories published by software vendors and service providers. We collected them from case study database websites and read each one at the publisher's own page where possible. Results are self-reported by the organizations that published them and are not independently verified. The methodology page explains the selection rules and categories.
What to do with what you find
The gap between your workflow and these cases is the useful part. If companies like yours removed a step your team still does by hand, that step is worth measuring. Bring it to a free workflow call and we'll look at how it runs in your team today.
Bring us the workflow behind your results
On a free workflow call we look at the workflow you choose, where the time goes, and whether a Workflow Diagnostic is worth doing. You leave with a clear next step, even when that step is to leave the workflow alone.
